Jasenovo (Hungarian: Turócjeszenő, until 1899 Jaszenova) is a village and municipality in Turčianske Teplice District in the Žilina Region of northern central Slovakia. In historical records the village was first mentioned in 1495. The municipality lies at an altitude of 550 metres and covers an area of 8.333 km2 (3 sq mi). It has a population of about 169 people.
