The Kearney Hub is a daily newspaper published in Kearney, Nebraska, United States, and is the primary newspaper for south-central region of Nebraska surrounding the city, including Buffalo County, Nebraska and the Kearney Micropolitan Statistical Area. The paper was founded in 1888, and was first published on October 22, 1888. Its founders included Mentor A. Brown (1853-1932), formerly of the Beatrice Press, and R.H. Eaton, who together organized the Hub Printing Company to publish the paper and to take over the Central Nebraska Press which dated from 1873.
