Raritan is a multinational technology company that manufactures hardware for data center power distribution, remote server management, and audio visual solutions. The company is headquartered in Somerset, New Jersey (which is located near Raritan, New Jersey), and has a commercial presence in over 76 countries. Raritan was acquired by Legrand in September 2015. Raritan was established in 1985, when the founder, Ching-I Hsu, and his wife, created a business reselling PC components out of their house.
