The Sankei Shimbun (産経新聞, Sankei Shinbun) (short for Sangyō Keizai Shinbun (産業経済新聞, lit. "Industrial and Economic News")) is a daily newspaper in Japan published by the Sankei Shimbun Co., Ltd. It has the seventh-highest circulation among regional newspapers in Japan. Among Japanese newspapers, the circulation is behind Yomiuri Shimbun, Seikyo Shimbun, Asahi Shimbun, Chunichi Shimbun, Mainichi Shimbun, the Nikkei, Nikkan Gendai, and Tokyo Sports.
