T24 is a Turkish online newspaper. T24 was launched on 1 September 2009. Initial staff of T24 were consisting of former Tempo24 employees. On 29 December 2012, T24 started their YouTube channel and uploaded their first video on 12 April 2013. In 2013, author and columnist Hasan Cemal joined T24. In September 2013, T24 announced "T24 Okur Fonu" their crowdfunding venture that planned to collect funds from its readers. In September 2013, led by Hasan Cemal, Doğan Akın, Yavuz Baydar, Yasemin Çongar, Andrew Finkel, Hazal Özvarış and Murat Sabuncu, T24 staff established Punto24, a self-proclaimed "independent press platform".
