This proposal attempts to address several issues related to emodži-like characters in Unicode: • Concerns about the lack of diversity in the representation of the people and body part emodži. • Concerns about apparent bias in the selection of encoded characters, and/or notable gaps in the current set. • Popular requests for emodži additions.
