Приступљено 7. 7. 2016. „Your earlier works were published under your name Marcus Füreder or the pseudonym Plasma. Why did you later change it to Parov Stelar? (The word Füreder reminds me of the name of a Hungarian village ‘Balatonfüred.’ Maybe you have some Hungarian roots too?)
     — Maybe you are right, I have to check my bloodlines.
Marcus Füreder is not really an easy name to pronounce in different languages, in some it sounds more like a disease when people try to say “ü.” So it was important or there was the demand to find a specific name that fits me.
The mystery behind the name “Parov Stelar” finally is, that there is NO story! Sorry for that! … I was searching for names, complex terms, proved the use of it on Google and finally I found the name “Parov Stelar.”

     — There is no big story behind it, I was searching on the net for some combination of words, which haven’t been used by anybody else so far and that sounded good. In the end, Parov Stelar was the result and I hope you like it.
