Arturo Féliz-Camilo was born in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic in 1977 to Danilo A. Féliz-Sánchez and Ana Antonia Camilo. Féliz-Camilo graduated magna cum laude from Universidad Autonoma de Santo Domingo with a bachelor in law. He holds a master's degree in corporate law from Pontificia Universidad Catolica Madre y Maestra.
