Brasserie de Saint-Omer is a French brewery in Saint-Omer, in the Pas-de-Calais department, situated in the Nord-Pas-de-Calais region. It is one of the two big breweries left in the Nord-Pas-de-Calais. The Brasserie de Saint-Omer produces about 2 million hectolitres of beer a year, so it is the first independent brewery in France. Each year, it produces about 700 million bottles, 90 million cans and 25,000 casks. It brews about thirty beers for about 200 references and employs 160 people. It exports 40% of the production.
