Carsten Träger (born 25 October 1973) is a German politician of the Social Democratic Party (SPD) who has served as a member of the Bundestag from the state of Bavaria since 2013. Träger first became a member of the Bundestag in the 2013 German federal election. He is a member of the Committee on Food and Agriculture and the Committee on the Environment, Nature Conservation and Nuclear Safety. Since 2018, he has been his parliamentary group's spokesperson on environmental policy. In addition to his committee assignments, Träger has been a member of the German delegation to the Franco-German Parliamentary Assembly since 2019.
