Claremont is a city in Dodge County, Minnesota, United States. The population was 548 at the 2010 census. A post office called Claremont has been in operation since 1856. Claremont was incorporated in 1878. The city took its name from Claremont Township. According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 1.15 square miles (2.98 km2), all land.
