The Cyberspace Law and Policy Centre was a research and social justice centre at the University of New South Wales Faculty of Law in Sydney, Australia. It provided a focus for research, public interest advocacy and education on issues of law and policy arising from digital transactions in cyberspace. It ceased to operate sometime after mid-2016. The founding sponsors were Baker & McKenzie, an international law firm, and its original name was the Baker & McKenzie Cyberspace Law and Policy Centre.
