The Diocese of Foligno (Latin: Dioecesis Fulginatensis) is a Latin Church ecclesiastical territory or diocese of the Catholic Church in Umbria, Italy. It is a suffragan diocese in the ecclesiastical province of the metropolitan Archdiocese of Perugia-Città della Pieve. Tradition has it that Christianity was introduced at Foligno in the first half of the second century. Felicianus, the patron saint of the city, though certainly not the first bishop, was consecrated by Pope Victor I and martyred under Decius (24 January); the exact dates of his history are uncertain.
