The Diocese of Shreveport is a suffragan diocese of the metropolitan Archdiocese of New Orleans. Its mother church is the Cathedral of Saint John Berchmans, in Shreveport. The current bishop is Francis Malone. The Diocese of Shreveport covers an area of 28,825 square kilometres (11,129 sq mi).
