Dolní Bousov is a town in Mladá Boleslav District in the Central Bohemian Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 2,900 inhabitants. Villages of Bechov, Horní Bousov, Ošťovice, Střehom, Svobodín and Vlčí Pole are administrative parts of Dolní Bousov. Svobodín forms an exclave of the municipal territory. Dolní Bousov is located about 15 km (9 mi) east of Mladá Boleslav and 57 km (35 mi) northeast of Prague. It lies in the Jičín Uplands.
