The The Egyptian E-Learning University (EELU), Arabic: الجامعة المصرية للتعلم الإلكتروني الأهلية, is a national university located in Egypt. Established with the aim of providing quality education through online learning, EELU has emerged as a leading institution in the field of e-learning in Egypt. The Egyptian E-Learning University has been established by Republican Decree No. 233 of 2008 as the first Egyptian university that adopts the E-learning concept. In 2018, The University has been transformed from a private university to a national one due to the Presidential Decree No. 71; aiming to provide all Egypt governorates with High-quality educational services at affordable costs.
