As such, it reports to the Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs. Since 1991, the offices of the Permanent Mission of France to the United Nations have been located at One Dag Hammarskjöld Plaza, 43rd and 44th floor in Manhattan, New York, at the corner of 2nd Avenue and 47th and 48th Streets, close to the United Nations Headquarters.
