Francis Okeowo, known professionally as Fransax, is a Nigerian saxophonist, composer and instrumental musician. Fransax was born and raised in Lagos, Nigeria, where he was exposed to a mixture of gospel, jazz and Afrobeat music from a young age. He attended Merit International School and Medal Merit High School in Lagos before earning a degree in computer science at Lagos State Polytechnic.
