Caracas (/kəˈrækəs, -ˈrɑːk-/, Spanish: ), officially Santiago de León de Caracas, abbreviated as CCS, is the capital and largest city of Venezuela, and the center of the Metropolitan Region of Caracas (or Greater Caracas).
