Horokhiv (Ukrainian: Горохів, romanized: Horochiv, Polish: Horochów, Yiddish: ארכעוו Arkhev, Russian: Горохов, romanized: Gorochov, Belarusian: Гарохаў, romanized: Harochaŭ) is a town in Volyn Oblast, Ukraine. It serves as the administrative center of Horokhiv Raion. Population: 8,925 (2022 est.) The first written mention of it was in 1240 in the Hypatian Codex.
