Hana Bank (Korean: 주식회사 하나은행; RR: Jusik Hoesa Hana Eunhaeng; KEB Hana Bank outside South Korea) is a commercial bank headquartered in Seoul, South Korea. Since its establishment as Korea Exchange Bank in 1967, it provides the largest range of foreign exchange products in South Korea. There were some issues that happened in the process of the acquisition and sale of Korea Exchange Bank(KEB) by Lone Star Funds, a private U.S. equity fund.
