Holubov (German: Holubau) is a municipality and village in Český Krumlov District in the South Bohemian Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 1,100 inhabitants. Villages of Krasetín and Třísov are administrative parts of Holubov. Holubov is located in the Bohemian Forest Foothills. The whole municipality lies in the Blanský les Protected Landscape Area. The eastern border of the municipal territory is formed by the Vltava river. In the centre of Holubov there is Holubovský pond, used for leisure activities. More information...
