Horní Maršov (German: Marschendorf) is a municipality and village in Trutnov District in the Hradec Králové Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 1,000 inhabitants. It lies in the Giant Mountains. Villages of Dolní Albeřice, Dolní Lysečiny, Horní Albeřice, Horní Lysečiny and Temný Důl are administrative parts of Horní Maršov. Horní Maršov is located about 11 km (7 mi) northwest of Trutnov and 49 km (30 mi) north of Hradec Králové, on the border with Poland. It lies in the Giant Mountains.
