Hyundai N is a sub-brand of high-performance cars, engines and related technologies established in 2012 by Hyundai. Hyundai claims the "N" refers to two elements. First, the Namyang district in South Korea, home of Hyundai's Global Research & Development Center where the N brand was founded; Second, the Nürburgring racetrack in Germany, home to Hyundai's European Technical Center and where all N models are tested.
