Jabkenice is a municipality and village in Mladá Boleslav District in the Central Bohemian Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 500 inhabitants. The name was probably derived from the Czech words jablko ("apple") and jabloň ("apple tree"). Jabkenice is located about 12 kilometres (7 mi) south of Mladá Boleslav and 41 km (25 mi) northeast of Prague. It lies in a flat landscape in the Jizera Table.
