Jerzy Filip Janowicz Jr. (Polish pronunciation: ; born 13 November 1990) is a Polish professional tennis player. Janowicz is best known for becoming the first Polish man to reach a major semifinal at the 2013 Wimbledon Championships. Noted for his very powerful serve, Janowicz can hit at up to 249 km/h (155 mph) along with strong groundstrokes. Despite never winning an ATP Tour title, Janowicz obtained a career-high world ranking of No. 14 in August 2013.
