Jince is a market town in Příbram District in the Central Bohemian Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 2,300 inhabitants. Villages of Běřín, Rejkovice and Velcí are administrative parts of Jince. Jince is located about 11 kilometres (7 mi) north of Příbram and 40 km (25 mi) southwest of Prague. It lies in the Brdy Highlands. The highest point is at 770 m (2,530 ft) above sea level. The built-up area is situated in the valley of the Litavka River.
