Jongny has an area, as of 2009, of 2.2 square kilometers (0.85 sq mi). Of this area, 1.06 km2 (0.41 sq mi) or 49.1% is used for agricultural purposes, while 0.47 km2 (0.18 sq mi) or 21.8% is forested.
