Kiarov (Hungarian: Ipolykér) is both a village and municipality in the Veľký Krtíš District of the Banská Bystrica Region of southern Slovakia. The municipality lies at an altitude of 182 metres (597 ft) and covers an area of 9.00 km2 (3.47 sq mi) (2025). It has a population of 256 people (31 December 2025).
