Kolinec (German: Kolinetz) is a market town in Klatovy District in the Plzeň Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 1,400 inhabitants. Villages of Bernartice, Boříkovy, Brod, Buršice, Hradiště, Javoří, Jindřichovice, Lukoviště, Malonice, Mlázovy, Podolí, Sluhov, Střítež, Tajanov, Tržek, Ujčín and Vlčkovice are administrative parts of Kolinec. Kolinec is located about 15 kilometres (9 mi) southeast of Klatovy and 48 km (30 mi) south of Plzeň. It lies on the border between the Blatná Uplands and Bohemian Forest Foothills.
