Lázně Bělohrad ( (listen)) is a spa town in Jičín District in the Hradec Králové Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 3,600 inhabitants. Villages of Brtev, Dolní Javoří, Dolní Nová Ves, Horní Nová Ves, Hřídelec, Lány, Prostřední Nová Ves and Uhlíře are administrative parts of Lázně Bělohrad. Lázně Bělohrad is located about 13 km (8 mi) northwest of Jičín and 62 km (39 mi) northeast of Prague. It lies mostly in the Jičín Uplands. The northern part of the municipal territory belongs to the Giant Mountains Foothills and includes the highest point of Lázně Bělohrad, the hill Čihadlo at 516 m (1,693 ft) above sea level.
