Saint-Hubert (French pronunciation: (listen); German: Sankt Hubert) is a commune in the Moselle department in Grand Est in north-eastern France. Rabas is neither a village nor a hamlet, but an area located between the hamlet of Befey and the village of Saint-Hubert (all located on the territory of the commune). As the legend says: "Charlemagne and group of hunters was following a deer in the forest. It was a very hot day and the people were very thirsty.
