Milavče is a municipality and village in Domažlice District in the Plzeň Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 600 inhabitants. Villages of Božkovy and Radonice are administrative parts of Milavče. Milavče is located about 5 kilometres (3 mi) northeast of Domažlice and 41 km (25 mi) southwest of Plzeň. It lies in the Upper Palatine Forest Foothills. The highest point is at 500 m (1,600 ft) above sea level. The Zubřina Stream flows through the municipality.
