Zinkiv (Ukrainian: Зінькі́в, pronounced ; Russian: Зиньков, romanized: Zinkov) is a city on the Tashan River in the Poltava Oblast in central Ukraine. Until 2020, the city previously was the administrative center of the Zinkiv Raion, when it was tranferred to the Khmelnytskyi Raion. The city's estimated population as of 2022 was 9,168. In the 19th century, Zinkov was a leading center of Hasidic Judaism. Under Nazi occupation of the city during World War II, the city's entire 2,300-strong Jewish population was murdered.
