China Minsheng Trust Co., Ltd. is a Chinese trust and investment management company. The company formerly known as China Tourism International Trust Investment Co., Ltd. founded in 1994. China Tourism International Trust Investment Co., Ltd. (Chinese: 中国旅游国际信托投资有限公司) was founded in 1994. In 1999, the stake (30.85%) held by China National Tourism Administration was transferred to Beijing Tourism Group. In 2003, most of the assets and branches were acquired by Century Securities. However, China Tourism Trust was allowed to keep the license.
