Janov (Rusyn: Янов) is a village and municipality in Prešov District in the Prešov Region of eastern Slovakia. In historical records the village was first mentioned in 1341. The municipality lies at an altitude of 302 metres and covers an area of 4.72 km2 (1.82 sq mi) (2020-06-30/-07-01). It has a population of about 331 people (2020-12-31).
