Spišská Teplica (Hungarian: Szepestapolca, German: Zeplitz) is a large village and municipality in Poprad District in the Prešov Region of northern Slovakia. It lies on the foothills of High Tatras. The municipality lies at an altitude of 697 metres (2,287 ft) and covers an area of 31.11 km2 (12.01 sq mi) (2025). In historical records the village was first mentioned in 1280. It has a population of 2303 people (31 December 2025). Touristics dominates the village economy. In the village are several pensions and recreational facilities.
