Oignies (French pronunciation: ; Picard: Ongnies) is a commune in the Pas-de-Calais department in the Hauts-de-France region of France. Oignies is a former coalmining town, nowadays a light industrial town, 10 miles (16 km) northeast of Lens, at the junction of the D46 and the D160 roads.
