Prelude Fertility is a network of fertility clinics in the United States that offer fertility services including in vitro fertilization (IVF), egg donation, genetic testing, and egg freezing. As of 2019, the Prelude Fertility Network of clinics included 23 fertility practices and 36 locations in the U.S. and more than 60 affiliated reproductive endocrinologists. Prelude Fertility was founded by Martin Varsavsky following his and his wife’s experience with fertility treatment and IVF.
