Ridge Spring is a town in Saluda County, South Carolina, United States. As of the 2020 census, Ridge Spring had a population of 579. It is part of the Columbia, SC Metropolitan Statistical Area. Ridge Hill High School was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2010. According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 1.9 square miles (4.9 km2), of which 1.8 square miles (4.7 km2) are land and 0.04 square miles (0.10 km2) (1.08%) is covered by water.
