The South Coast Baptist College, formerly the Maranatha Christian College, is an independent Baptist school providing a Kindergarten to Year 12 education in Waikiki, Western Australia. Its heritage dates back to 1985 when it opened as Maranatha Christian College, offering Christ-centred education to families in the area with the support of Rockingham Baptist Church. SCBC is aligned with the Baptist denomination, which believes in one true God: The Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. The teachings of the Scriptures of the Old and New Testaments form the doctrinal base.
