Svatý Jan pod Skalou (German: St. Johann unter dem Felsen) is a municipality and village in Beroun District in the Central Bohemian Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 200 inhabitants. It is known for the Baroque complex of the former Benedictine monastery, protected as a national cultural monument. Villages of Sedlec and Záhrabská are administrative parts of Svatý Jan pod Skalou.
