Takestan (Persian: تاكستان Tâkestân), also known as Siadehan or Siaden (Tati: سیادن, Siyâden) is a city in, and the capital of the Central District of Takestan County, Qazvin province, Iran, and also serves as capital of the county. Takestan has a railway station on the Teheran-Tabriz line. The name Takestan literally means "vineyard." At the 2006 census, its population was 73,625 in 18,685 households.
