Cherry Capital Airport (IATA: TVC, ICAO: KTVC, FAA LID: TVC) is a public use airport located two nautical miles (2.3 mi; 3.7 km) southeast of the central business district of Traverse City in Grand Traverse County, Michigan, United States. It is owned by Grand Traverse and Leelanau counties. It is included in the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) National Plan of Integrated Airport Systems for 2017–2021, in which it is categorized as a non-hub primary commercial service facility. Cherry Capital Airport was opened in 1936 as Traverse City Airport, replacing Ransom Field. The airport was moved onto the Coast Guard Air Station, which had opened in 1946.
