Uhlířské Janovice (German: Kohljanowitz) is a town in Kutná Hora District in the Central Bohemian Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 3,200 inhabitantas. Villages of Bláto, Janovická Lhota, Kochánov, Malejovice, Mitrov, Opatovice II and Silvánka are administrative parts of Uhlířské Janovice. Uhlířské Janovice is located about 16 kilometres (10 mi) southwest of Kutná Hora and 42 km (26 mi) southeast of Prague. It lies in the Upper Sázava Hills.
