Beijing Normal University-Hong Kong Baptist University United International College (UIC; Chinese: 联合国际学院), a public college located at Xiangzhou District, Zhuhai, Guangdong, China. It was co-founded by Beijing Normal University and Hong Kong Baptist University as the first full-scale cooperation in higher education between the Chinese mainland and Hong Kong. Its charter was approved by the Ministry of Education with support from local authorities. UIC's stated mission is "advancing the internationalization of Chinese higher education and taking the lead in implementing liberal arts education in China". English is the medium of instruction at UIC. The college has established the Divisions of Business and Management, Culture and Creativity, Humanities and Social Sciences, Science and Technology, in addition to the Graduate School. It offers 28 undergraduate programmes, and is approved to offer nine research and five taught postgraduate programmes for over 7,000 students.
