Crémieu (French pronunciation: ​) is a commune in the Isère department in southeastern France. This small medieval village of 3,375 inhabitants (2019) hosts a celebration called "Les Médiévales" every year in September, which reconstitutes the lifestyle of the Middle Ages. The seal of the région includes a dolphin. The inhabitants of this village are also called "les dauphinois" from the noun "dauphin" in French.
