Louviers (French pronunciation: ) is a commune in the Eure department in Normandy in north-western France. Louviers is 100 km (62 mi) from Paris and 30 km (19 mi) from Rouen. Its church, Notre-Dame, has parts which date from the thirteenth century. The 16th century porch on the south side is an example of Late Gothic Flamboyant architecture. It is also well known for its Musée des décors de Théâtre, d'Opéra et de Cinéma (Fondation Wakhévitch), after Georges Wakhévitch (1907–1984) who lived nearby.
