Serhiy Vlasenko (Ukrainian: Сергій Володимирович Власенко; born on 7 March 1967 in Lviv) is a Ukrainian politician and lawyer. In 1992, Vlasenko graduated from the law department of the Lviv University. From 1992 till March 2008, he worked for various law firms in Ukraine (as a partner of Magisters from 2006). In March 2008 Vlasenko was appointed deputy head of the State Tax Administration of Ukraine. In 2007 Vlasenko became a member of the Ukrainian Social Democratic Party. in the 2007 parliamentary elections he was placed at number 170 on the electoral list of the Yulia Tymoshenko Bloc and was not elected into the Ukrainian Parliament. In June 2008, Vlasenko became People's Deputy of Ukraine and a member of the faction of the Yulia Tymoshenko Bloc. After he left the post of deputy head of the State Tax Administration.
