Valley View Independent School District is a public school district based in Valley View, Texas (USA). In 2009, the school district was rated "academically acceptable" by the Texas Education Agency. A two-story brick school was built in 1902-03 when the district was first formed, located on the north side of the town square. A larger school was built in 1938 on the south side of the town. The building is still in use as part of the elementary school. It has been renovated to restore the original features of the building. The original footprint of the school features a maintained decorative sandstone perimeter wall and bleachers, originally built by the Works Progress Administration in 1932-33.
